1 bottle Prosecco, chilled 

6 shots of vodka, chilled

6 shots of pink grapefruit juice, chilled

6 sugar cubes

Directions:

Line up six chilled champagne flutes.  Add one shot of vodka to each flute.  Add one shot of grapefruit juice to each flute.  Top off each with the Prosecco and drop in the sugar cube.
